My work spans independent design, nonprofit communications, community building, Salesforce implementation, and operational process improvement.
In design, I translate loosely defined ideas into cohesive identities, expressive typography, and visual stories. In systems, I look for bottlenecks, missing information, and unclear handoffs—and help build a better process.
Both depend on listening closely, understanding the people involved, and turning complexity into something useful.
